The Story
Pelvic Health Physical Therapy for Men—Straightforward, Respectful, Effective
Hey there,
I'm Dr. Austin Treadwell, a licensed physical therapist with a passion for treating men’s pelvic health & performance issues—because let’s be honest, guys deserve better care down there.
I started PP DPT because I kept hearing the same story:
“No one’s ever explained this to me.”
“I didn’t know physical therapy could even help with this.”
“I thought I was the only one dealing with it.”
You’re not. And you’re not alone.
Men deal with pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, hard flaccid, premature ejaculation, and core dysfunction all the time. They just don’t always get help that actually works.
So I built a clinic that treats the real issues, with real solutions—no awkward energy, no confusing jargon, and no fluff. Just targeted pelvic floor physical therapy, strength and mobility work, and clear education so you understand what’s going on and how we’ll fix it.
What I Treat
I work with men dealing with:
Erectile dysfunction
Pelvic pain, testicular pain, or perineal tightness
Hard flaccid syndrome
Premature Ejaculation
Core or groin pain that won’t go away
Pain with sex or exercise
Pelvic floor dysfunction (yes, men have one too)
That “something’s not right” feeling you can’t quite explain
If you’ve been dismissed, embarrassed, or just confused by what’s going on, this is a space to actually figure it out.
My Approach
Respect First – You’ll always know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how it helps.
Education is Power – When you understand your anatomy and symptoms, you stop feeling stuck.
Evidence-Based Rehab – I blend clinical research, strength and movement work, and advanced pelvic floor training to help you recover naturally.
No Judgment, Ever – I’ve seen it all, treated it all, and nothing you say will surprise me.
My Background
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in orthopedic rehab and advanced post-grad training in men’s pelvic health. I’ve worked with weekend warriors, post-op patients, elite athletes, and guys who just want to feel like themselves again.
I also write and teach regularly on pelvic floor anatomy and rehabilitation—if you’re the kind of person who likes to know the why behind what we’re doing, you’re in the right place.
